Most biltong on UK shelves is beef, mass-produced, and stretched with fillers you can't pronounce. Ours isn't. We work directly with South African suppliers for genuine game meat — Gemsbok included, which nobody else in this country is bringing in.

Every batch is small, cured the way it's meant to be, and finished by hand. If you've ever struggled to find proper biltong in the UK, this is what you were looking for.
